Question 2: Is Shapesty suitable for beginners?
Answer: Yes, the Lagree Fitness Method is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Our experienced trainers tailor the exercises to meet the needs of both beginners and advanced participants.
If it is your first time please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the workout starts and let your instructor know.

Question 4: What is the Class Language?
Answer: All our classes are taught in English.
Question 5: How often should I come to Shapesty?
Answer: The frequency of your workouts depends on your personal goals. Typically, we recommend 2-4 times per week to achieve optimal results and maximize progress.

Answer: Yes. Please send us an email for any requests at hello@shapesty.de to find a time that suits you.
Question 7: What do I need to bring to Shapesty?
Answer: All you need is comfortable workout attire and a water bottle. We offer free still and sparkling water to fill up your bottle and a small towel for the workout. If you wish to shower, we offer large and small towels, free of charge.
Question 8: What is the cancellation policy at Shapesty?
Answer: We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. Therefore you can cancel your class free of charge up to 12 hours before your workout starts. Otherwise your credit will be deducted from your account.
