Sora

Sora has recently moved back to Berlin from Colorado, USA, where she was part of the local fitness industry, as a certified Pilates, Barre and Lagree instructor. Her true dedication though is the Lagree Fitness Method, she is a Level 3 Lagree  Master Trainer and is excited to share her passion with you. For her this Method perfectly combines body and mind, high intensity, low impact and pushes you past your limits every time without ever reaching a plateau. She is ready to get you megaformed!

 

Noemie

Noemie is a former rhythmic gymnast who found her passion for sport and gymnastic at a very young age. She instinctively developed in this direction and her love for movement went from a hobby to a profession. In her fitness classes she likes to mix the graceful side that remained from her time in rhythmic gymnastics with the punchy side that she kept from the aerobics classes she taught during her studies.  She is a fan of intense but controlled movement as she believes it provides amazing results. We’re sure you’ll love her french accent!

Eve

Eve is a passionate Level 2 certified Lagree coach with over eight years of experience, leading diverse group fitness classes, from HIIT to Pilates, emphasizing holistic training for lifelong fitness. Her infectious energy inspires and motivates clients and her genuine care ensures they not only achieve fitness goals but also enjoy ongoing support on their fitness journey.

Annalisa

Annalisa is a professional dancer and certified Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic Trainer from Italy. She loves to focus on working with the body to improve strength and flexibility. Join her for a fitness experience that’s both, effective and enjoyable.

Carla

Since her early years, Carla has always loved being upside down. Originally from Argentina, her passion for sports and movement led her from volleyball and acrobatics to later becoming a Yoga teacher and Lagree instructor. In her classes, Carla shares her vision to experience physical and emotional connection with the body, contributing to each person’s journey.

Lynsey

Originally from Scotland, Lynsey moved to Berlin in 2015 to begin her career in Musical Theatre. Since then, she has performed in many musicals around Germany as well as on TV. With her professional dance and personal training background, you can expect a focus on form and technique as well as a fun and challenging workout. Lynsey is passionate about helping people to feel physically and mentally stronger in their everyday lives.

Alex

Alex is a former ballerina with 25 years of experience in movement. Pilates, strength training and cardio were part of her daily routine. In 2019, after becoming a mother, she successfully became a pilates instructor. The Lagree method was the natural progression for her, mixing her love for strength training and the precision of pilates, to achieve the best of both worlds.

Cat

She has always been fascinated by various sports, including swimming, volleyball, boxing, reformer pilates, and strength training. However, it wasn’t until she discovered Lagree that she found her true calling. The first time she stepped on the megaformer, she knew this was the perfect workout for working the whole body while building muscle and mind endurance. She is thrilled with how quickly the Lagree method helps to level up. She is dedicated to the method and loves sharing it and its benefits with others. Charlotte

Charlotte has a background as a Yoga & BUDOKON teacher, Barre instructor and hosts Sound baths. The main focus in her classes is a good mood. Working out to enjoy what your body does for you. The perfect mèlange of experiencing your physical boundaries and celebrating your present success. Get ready to laugh, sweat and fight for a stronger self. 

Rieke

Rieke loves to move body and soul with precise movements and flow-inspired combinations. To her, physical movement is an opportunity to connect back with your inner self. Thanks to her profession as a systemic coach & wellness trainer, she thrives on creating a holistic approach to channeling your strength from the inside to its outward manifestations: both physically and mentally.
