The Lagree Method

Lagree is a high intensity, low impact workout.

It involves a combination of different types of resistance training performed on a machine called the Megaformer. The Workout Method is known for its focus on muscle burnout, which involves doing certain exercises for an extended period of time to maximize the intensity of the workout and engage the deepest layers of muscle fibers.

The Megaformer

uses balance and resistance to reach effective muscle stimulation and push your muscles to ultimate exertion. It consists of 2 stationary platforms, a moving carriage, springs for resistance, handlebars, straps and cables. The Megaformer is designed to work all the major muscle groups in the body simultaneously, through a series of slow, controlled movements that are intended to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
